Today Code Club visited Aberdeen College for a ‘Try It Out’ activity day. We had the opportunity to try some new and exciting computer programs, and even meet some people who have created their own games!
Some of the activities included solving problems on Minecraft; playing and sorting the programming of a game on Scratch; creating a character on Piskel; and using the iSandBOX to create volcanoes and bridges. Every activity was planned and delivered by students at the college.
We all had great fun, and the only complaint was that we wanted to be there all day!
We cannot wait to use some of the new programs in our Code Club tomorrow!
