This week in Cooking Club, our two groups got to learn how to cook pasta by making spaghetti bolognese! We learned that to cook pasta we had to know when it was ‘al dente’. This means that it is soft but not too soft that it is mushy. We then had to learn how to safely fry the mince and vegetables for our bolognese, which we then added passata to.
Our cooking made the whole school smell great!
