This week in Cooking Club, we made our own chicken curries! Firstly, we had to boil the rice, making sure that it was cooked properly. We then moved onto our curry sauce, taking care with the hot oil in the pan frying the onions and ginger.
Next, we added our chicken pieces which we had covered in curry powder. It was very important for us to make sure that the chicken was properly cooked through, with no pink in the meat! Once the chicken was cooked, we added our coconut milk which made the sauce creamy.
