For our last cookery club of the year, we made a rather delicious Oreo Chocolate Tart! Using a simple recipe we made it by making a biscuit base with crushed Oreos and butter. The filling was a chocolate ganache made with both milk and dark chocolates, cream and butter. It was easy to make and didn’t take too long, with little washing up to do at the end.
We then decorated the top to make it look even more appetising!
Of course, we also discussed eating food like this in moderation and how it’s important to treat ourselves every once in a while. We also talked about what an appropriate portion size would be for this too.
